Secure your business permits, licenses, and certifications through the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO). This ensures compliance with local regulations and smooth business operations.
Step-by-Step Process: ONSITE APPLICATION FOR BUSINESS PERMITS (NEW) INCLUDING SHARED PASSIVE TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER INFRASTRUCTURE (PTTI)
MAXIMUM PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 days
- Submission of duly accomplished application form and documentary requirements.
- One-Time Assessment and Payment of Fees, other charges, business tax, Barangay Business Clearance and BFP.
- Release of Business Permit, Barangay Business Clearance, Business Plate and Sticker.
Requirements:
- Proof of Business Registration (DTI, SEC, CDA as applicable)
- Occupancy Permit
- Lease Contract if place of business is rented
- Capitalization – basis for the computation of taxes
- Official Receipt of Payment (mandatory based on JMC31, s. 2016)

Business Permit Application
Submit necessary documents and fees, undergo inspections, and receive approval from the Mayor’s office to legally operate a business within the City of Tabaco.

Safety Seal Certification affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards and uses or integrates its contact tracing with StaySafe.PH.
