Go to Landbank eServices Website by clicking or tapping on the "Landbank Link.BizPortal" above.

Click or tap on the Letter “C” in the Merchant’s List

Look for “CITY GOVERNMENT OF TABACO” and click or tap on it.
- Then, click or tap on the “CONTINUE” button.

Select “Real Property Tax” in the dropdown selection of the Transaction Type.

Select "LANDBANK" as Payment option in the Selection Box.

Fill out the form. (In the Reference Number Box, Please enter the Barcode Number in your Billing Statement)

Please REVIEW the Transaction Details then click the Consent Box. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered e-mail or mobile number, COPY and PASTE it in the One Time Password Box then at the right part input your ATM Pin then click Submit.

For a Successful Transaction a Payment Confirmation will prompt as shown below. You can print this page or save a copy of it for this will serve as your Electronic Receipt.
