EXECUTIVE ORDER 2 SERIES 2017

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CONSTITUTING THE CITY PERSONNEL SELECTION BOARD

WHEREAS, there are vacancies occurring in the Board on account of the expiration of the terms of elective officials and co-terminus employees who by virtue of their positions are members of the Board

WHEREAS, there are pending applications for appointment that should be acted by the Board and the Appointing Authority;

NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of the power vested upon me by section 455, b, 2, ii of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as the local government code of 1991, I, CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, City Mayor of Tabaco City, do CONSTITUTE the City Personnel Selection Board to be composed of the following:

1. Chairperson

a.1  The Local Chief Executive or the authorized representative, if the vacancy is within the executive offices;

a.2  The Vice Mayor or the authorized representative if the vacancy is within the office of the vice mayor or the Sangguniang Panlunsod.

Members

1. Hon. Raul Roi Borejon, City Councilor and representative from the SP majority;
2. Hon. Oscar R. Rocha, City Councilor and representative from the SP minority;
3. Department Head or the authorized career service representative of the organizational unit where the vacancy occurs;
4. Ma. Teresita B. Riosa, Chief of Human Resource Management Office;
5. Reynold Martirez, Representative of 2^nd level position;

Bonifacio Borlasa, Jr. – Alternate

6. Dr. Rafael C. Kallos, Representative of 1^st level employees

Alwin O. Nuñez – Alternate

Repealing clause.  All local orders, directives and issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this executive order are hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
