EXECUTIVE ORDER 07, SERIES 2016

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CONSTITUTING THE CITY PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL

WHEREAS, there are vacancies occurring in other local special bodies whose members are nominees of the City Peace and Order Council.

WHEREAS, there are vacancies in the City Peace in Order on account of the expiration of the terms of the member elective officials and co-terminus employees.

NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of the power vested upon me by section 455, b, 2, ii of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as the local government code of 1991, I, CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, City Mayor of Tabaco City, do CONSTITUTE the City Peace and Order Council to be composed of the following:

Chairman        :  Hon. CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, City Mayor

Vice Chairman :  Hon. NESTOR T. SAN PABLO, City Vice Mayor

Members        :  Hon. RODERICK P. MARTIREZ, SP Committee Chairman on Peace and Order

Repealing clause.  All local orders, directives and issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this executive order are hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
