EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 026 S. 2016

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ORGANIZING THE CITY ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS (ANTI-TB) COMMITTEE

Whereas, as partners of the national government in development, local officials should support the TB Control program, among all other public health programs, to significantly reduce  the social and economic burden of the disease as well as the spread of said infection;

Whereas, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 96-155 dated August 29,1998 mandates all Local Chief Executives in support to said program, to create the Municipal/City Anti-TB Committee;

Now therefore, I, CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, by the power vested in me by law as the City Mayor, do hereby organize the City Anti-Tuberculosis Council with the following composition:

Chairman                – City Mayor Cielo Krisel Lagman-Luistro

Vice Chairman         – Dr. Audwin Azada, CHO

Members                 – City Councilor Sheina Marie C. Onrubia

– Amparo Evangelina Palencia, CESO V, SDS

– Marilyn Bonavente, DILG

– Aurora Bariso, Representative from BHWs

As such, all the above-named members/representatives of this body  shall ensure  that pertinent guidelines and relevant  provisions are strictly observed and complied with.

This order shall take effect immediately.
