City Ordinance No. 024- 2018

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 011-2018 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “ROAD RESTRICTION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TABACO”.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tabaco, that:

SECTION 1. Section 8 of City Ordinance No. 011-2018 is hereby amended to read as:

“Section 8. Temporary Road Closure. The City through a written order of the City Mayor shall temporarily close roads during official, sponsored, recognized, and approved activities of the City Government of Tabaco such a fiesta, pilgrimage and holy week processions, celebration of Undas and Christmas season, actual emergency, public rally, agricultural or industrial fair, any undertaking of public works and highways, telecommunications and waterworks projects, and any other necessary public event:

1. Ziga Avenue
2. Rizal Street
3. Mayon Park Road
4. Other roads and streets within the territorial jurisdiction of Tabaco City that may be identified for closure”

SECTION 2. REPEALING CLAUSE. Section 8 of City Ordinance No. 011-2018 is hereby modified accordingly.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
