Official visit of DILG Usec Jonathan Malaya, Undersecretary for Plans, Public Affairs and Communication during the Regional Validation relative to DILG Memorandum Circular 2019-121, clearing public road and thoroughfares of illegal structures and construction.

Also present were DILG Regional Director Atty. Anthony Nuyda and representatives from PNP, BJMP, BFP, DPWH and CSO.
