REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)- The City Government of Tabaco through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure “Supply & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines for Mega Health Caravan” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Million, Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and Thirty Centavos (Php 1,499,993.30) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 12009.
