REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)- The City Government of Tabaco through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure “Supply & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines for the National Tuberculosis Program” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to One Million, Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 1,224,320.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 12009.
