REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)- The City Government of Tabaco through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure “Supply & Deliveryof Nutritional Milk for the Feeding Supplementation of PWD Children” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (Php 235,922.00) through Section34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 12009.
