EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 17 SERIES 2017

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CREATING THE CITY AVIAN INFLUENZA TASK FORCE OF THE CITY OF TABACO

WHEREAS, Section VI of City Ordinance No. 005-2013 provides that a Task Force shall be created for the purpose of implementing measures that could forestall the spread of Avian Flu;

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the power vested upon me by section 455, b, 2 ii of R.A. 7160, otherwise known as the local government code of 1991, I, CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, City Mayor of Tabaco City, do CONSTITUTE the AVIAN INFLUENZA TASK FORCE and ORDER the following:

Section 1. COMPOSITION.  The AI Task Force shall be composed of the following:

Vice Chairman           :                   Hon. Nestor T. San Pablo, City Vice Mayor

Members                  :                   Hon. Hector Rodriguez, SB member/Committee on Agriculture

Hon. Preciocisima Tanggo, LNB President

Atty. Vincent Bermas, City Prosecutor

Atty. Jovito Coderis, City Legal Officer

Dr. Audwin Azada, City Health Officer

Amparo Evangeline Palencia, SDS DepEd

Engr. Renato C. Bolon, LGOO VI

Section 2. EFFECTIVITY.  This Order shall take effect immediately.
