EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.  03, SERIES OF 2016

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER CONCURRING THE RECOMMENDED PERSONNEL WHO WILL COMPOSE THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) AND SECRETARIAT

WHEREAS, under Section 11, Article V of Republic Act 9184, the Head of the Procuring Entity shall designate the members of the BAC who shall elect among themselves the chairman and vice chairman and organize the TWG and BAC Secretariat subject to the concurrence of the Head of the Procuring Entity;

WHEREAS, the BAC has recommended the personnel who will compose the BAC-TWG and Secretariat;

NOW THEREFORE By virtue of the power vested upon me by Section 11, Article V of R.A. 9184 in relation to Section 455, b, 2, ii of R.A. 7160, I, CIELO KRISEL LAGMAN-LUISTRO, City Mayor of Tabaco City do hereby CONCUR the designation of the following to the BAC-TWG and Secretariat:
